That sounded so infomercial-like. *Picture me looking through cupboards frantically trying to find a dessert* 🙂 Really though, let’s get serious. You know you have those random sweet cravings. You want to make something, but need it to be quick. Well here’s a compilation of some very easy dessert recipes.

All 6 of these easy gluten free desserts have few instructions and few ingredients. Even better, many of them are vegan or dairy free. Do you want to know what the hardest part is about these recipes? Deciding which one to make first! 🙂

These are made very similar to rice crispy bars. Instead of puffed rice cereal, I used gluten-free Oreos. I also used vegan marshmallows to make these vegan-friendly.

 

2. Almond Butter Cereal Bars

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, egg free, peanut free, soy free and vegan.

4. Dairy Free Maple Walnut Ice Cream

The base is made with frozen bananas and canned coconut milk. With that base, you could make so many different flavors. Here I have the delicious maple walnut flavor. The maple flavor with the nutty walnuts is perfect.

 

5. One Bowl Pumpkin Muffin

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, egg free, peanut free, soy free, oil free, refined sugar-free and vegan.

one bowl muffinNot only is this recipe easy but it’s also super healthy (compared to other muffins)! No oil AT ALL and no refined sugar. The texture of these muffins is so soft and delicious. Very moist on the inside! You wouldn’t be able to guess they are oil free. The perfect treat to use up your leftover can of pumpkin

Yes, fudge is the chocolatey treat we need. This fudge is similar to the Dark Chocolate Fudge recipe I posted a while back. However, this one has the addition of crunchy almond butter.
