Whole Foods grocery store is a great place to shop for Dairy Free Candy. With Easter on its way, here’s a list of dairy free Easter Candy that you can find at Whole Foods in 2022. You’ll find a variety of candies, from the classic dairy free chocolate bunny to delicious gummies.
If you’re looking for Easter candy but don’t know where to find dairy free, Whole Foods is a great place to start. With Whole Foods’ dairy free product line being so vast, there are a lot of options to choose from. Whether you want to go with the traditional dairy free chocolate bunny or want to change it up with some other delicious dairy free candy options, this list is sure to give you some direction.
I actually don’t shop at Whole Foods all that much. The prices are high and we’re on a tight budget. But I do love going there to get treats for special occasions. If you want to treat your kiddo with a fun candy-filled Easter basket but don’t want all the junk, Whole Foods is the way to go! You’ll have so much fun stuffing their basket with candy that you can feel better about. And of course, if you’re dairy free, there are so many great candy options to choose from!
Safety Tips for Buying Dairy Free Easter Candy:
ANY BRAND THAT IS NOT EXCLUSIVELY VEGAN OR DAIRY-FREE POSES THE RISK OF CROSS-CONTAMINATION (ALSO REFERRED TO AS CROSS-CONTACT). If you are unsure, reaching out to the company is a great way to get more information on their kitchen practices.

Can I Find Dairy Free Easter Candy at Other Stores?
Yes! You can definitely find dairy free Easter candy at many other stores. You don’t have to have a Whole Foods to find some amazing dairy free candy. A few of these dairy free candies are Whole Foods exclusive. But many of the items on this list can be found at most grocery stores or can be purchased online.
I’ll be sure to link to include an online shopping link to each product that I list, but don’t hesitate to check your local stores as well!
Candy-Free Easter Basket Ideas
While I love finding delicious dairy free Easter candy to include in our Easter baskets, there are certainly some other great options as well. Whole Foods has many different Easter-themed stuffed animals, books, and toys this time of year.
If you’re already shopping at Whole Foods for your dairy free Easter candy, you can definitely get your whole basket filled in one trip. But do you want to know where I love to shop for non-food gifts for Easter? The Dollar Store!! They have such a large variety of little toys and craft supplies. Plus this time of year they have Easter-themed stuffed animals and gifts. Especially for young kids, getting a few cheap little gifts in addition to some tasty dairy free candy can create a really fun and special Easter basket.
Let’s Look at the Dairy Free Easter Candy at Whole Foods
Now that we have some ideas of what we’re going to put in our dairy free Easter basket, let’s get to the dairy free candy portion of it. Whole Foods has such a large variety of dairy free chocolates and treats. This list is just going to focus on what I personally think would make great Dairy Free Easter Candy.
Did I miss an awesome candy that you and your kiddos love? Share it in the comments below!
1. Whole Foods Dark Chocolate Bunny
Of course, I have to include a chocolate bunny! The Whole Foods brand dairy free chocolate bunny contains no milk ingredients. It does have a “may contain” warning though as I’m sure it’s made near their other chocolates. But if cross-contact isn’t a concern for you, this is the perfect dairy free Easter Candy at Whole Foods.
2. Lake Champlain Organic Dark Chocolate Baby Easter Bunny
This dark chocolate bunny is made by Lake Champlain and is another great option with no dairy ingredients. Again, it does have a “may contain” warning, so proceed with caution if necessary.
3. Annie’s Homegrown Chocolate Bunny Grahams
Ok, maybe this is a silly idea, but I thought these would look really cute scattered throughout an Easter basket. They’re dairy free and would go over great with a little kid. It’s also a great option if you don’t want all candy.
4. Smashmallow Egg Hunt Variety Pack of Snacking Marshmallows
These are like peeps but better! These fun-sized marshmallows have clean ingredients and come in tasty flavors. And with their Easter-themed variety pack, it would be a great dairy free Easter basket treat.
5. YumEarth Spring Gummy Fruit
I love YumEarth for their simple ingredient take on classic candies. These bunny-shaped gummy fruits are perfect for your dairy free Easter candy.
6. Surf Sweets Organic Jelly Beans
Here’s a healthier take on the classic Jelly Beans. With no food coloring or artificial flavors, you’ll feel a little bit better if your child’s Easter dinner is just a pound of jelly beans. P.S. the classic jelly beans are also dairy free if you’re shopping somewhere else!
7. 365 by Whole Foods Gummy Bears
Ok, these guys aren’t “Easter-themed” but they are so cute and so tasty! I got these for my daughter’s birthday party and I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavors are so unique and tasty. Plus there are no scary ingredients.
This brand has some really tasty dairy free chocolate candies. Try these chocolate gems for a great dairy free M&M replacement!
9. Hail Merry’s Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
If you want to keep your kid away from processed sugar, but still want to give them tasty dairy free treats, this is it right here! These are so delicious but have such clean ingredients.
10. Lake Champlain Solid Vegan Chocolate Carrot
Um, yes, please! This vegan chocolate carrot is adorable. Put this in the arms of a stuffed bunny from the dollar store and your kid will lose their mind.
