This Gluten Free Cake Flour is great for, well cake! It’s a light and moist flour and really adds the perfect texture to any gluten free cake or cupcake. The extra starches give it the light texture that normal gluten-full cake flour has.
This Gluten Free Flour works well with:
- Some waffles and pancakes
Gluten Free Cake Flour
- 3 3/4 cups potato starch
- 2 1/2 cups tapioca starch
- 2 1/2 cups superfine brown rice flour
- Whisk all ingredients together for a few minutes to ensure everything is combined well. Optional: You can place all ingredients in your stand mixer to let it mix everything for you.
- Store in an airtight container to be used for baking.
