Ivy loves our tree 🎄 we had so much fun decorating it yesterday. Is yours up already? What’s your tree like? White lights or colored? Matching ornaments or all different? This is our first time doing a tree as a family and I was very happy when Trevor came home with colored lights without even asking my preference. That’s always been my fav! I’m always a fan of a goofy trees with fun lights and loads of homemade kid ornaments. Our dinner tonight! Creamy #dairyfree zucchini and sausage pasta - can be made with #glutenfree or regular pasta!

Here’s how I did it 👇🏻
-Cooked my pasta until it was a firm al dente
-While my pasta was cooking I cut up some chicken sausage and 2 zucchini’s and started sautéing them in olive oil.
-I seasoned the veggies and sausage with garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
-I preheated my oven to 375 F and added my pasta, sausage and veg into a baking dish.
-then in the pan that had my sausage I added 3 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons brown rice flour and sautéed until it was no longer dry. I then added 1 can lite coconut milk and 1/4 cup pasta sauce. I also seasoned the sauce with the same seasonings as above.
-I poured the sauce into my baking dish, mixed it up, and baked for about 20 minutes
