I am so happy to be sharing this dairy free tzatziki dressing recipe! I’ve been enjoying this vegan dressing with my salads for the last two weeks. It has such a good flavor and is yummy with any type of salad you make. I wanted to make this recipe very flavorful but without any fresh herbs. Not that I have anything against fresh herbs, they’re delicious, but most of us don’t just have them on hand. I know it can be frustrating when a recipe calls for all these herbs that you have to go out and buy, only to use a little bit and have the rest sitting in your fridge. My goal was to make this dairy free tzatziki dressing flavorful without all the extra trips to the store. So no, this is not an authentic tzatziki dressing, but it is a delicious and easy vegan one!

Vegan Greek Salad

I love how cooling the flavor of it is. A lot of times creamy dressing are very heavy, it doesn’t even feel like you’re eating a salad. What’s nice about the cucumber in this dressing is it makes it so refreshing and light. Not only is it yummy on your taste buds but it’s good for your tummy too. The cooling properties of the cucumber are great for people who tend to get heartburn (like me).

Once again I’m using The Real Pantry Real Food Ranch Seasoning. It has such a good flavor and it’s one of the only dry seasoning that tastes like fresh herbs. That’s why I think it’s great for this recipe. Without the fresh herbs I still wanted the flavors to pop. This Ranch Seasoning really makes that happen.
