Gluten Free Cookie Flour Blend

This flour blend has the perfect flavor and texture for most of your cookie needs. It does not make the cookies to dry or too soft. It gives them a nice chew without being too mushy. All around, this is just a great blend of gluten-free flours for cookies.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oat flour
  • 3 cups potato starch
  • 1 1/2 cups tapioca starch

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together for a few minutes to ensure everything is combined well. Optional: You can place all ingredients in your stand mixer to let it mix everything for you.
  2. Store in an airtight container to be used for baking.
