Gluten Free Apple Fritter Waffles
These Gluten Free Apple Fritters are so tasty. They taste like delicious apple fritters but are much easier to make. These gluten free waffles are also dairy free, soy free, egg free, and vegan.

Preheat your waffle maker according to appliance instructions. Using a paper towel spread on dairy free butter to prevent sticking and add flavor.
Mix your flour, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. In a medium-sized bowl mix your almond milk, butter, brown sugar, and flax seeds.
Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and pour in your wet ingredients. Mix using a rubber spatula just until combined. Add in your chopped apples and mix again just to combine.
Spoon your waffle mix into your waffle maker and close the lid. Let cook for about 7 - 10 minutes or until waffles are a rich brown color and slightly crisp on the outside.
Optional: Top with fresh apples, honey, and tahini.
