Vegan Tzatziki Dressing
A tasty dressing that's easy to prepare in your blender. No need to buy a bunch of herbs for this recipe. Instead you can throw this together with ingredients you have on hand.

- 5.3 Ounce Container Unsweetened Vegan Yogurt - I used Daiya
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Dill Pickle
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
- 2 Lemons
- 1 Teaspoon Ranch Seasoning - The Real Pantry
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Peel the cucumber and chop into chunks.
Add the chopped cucumber and all other ingredient into your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Save in a sealed jar in your fridge for about 2 weeks. Enjoy with your favorite salad!
