Baked Kale Chips
Baked at a low temperature these kale chips are crunchy and nutrient rich. Flavored with a vegan ranch seasoning, you'd swear they were dairy full.
Servings: 6 people
Preheat your oven to 250°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Melt the coconut oil and coconut butter and mix in your ranch seasoning and nutritional yeast.
Remove your kale from the stems and break up into large pieces and place in a bowl. Keep in mind the kale cooks down so the pieces need to be slightly larger than you want your kale chips to be.
Pour the melted oil and seasonings onto your kale and use your hands to massage the kale, yes massage the kale. Massaging the oil and seasonings in will make sure the kale is evenly coated and also a bit more tender.
Bake for about 30 - 40 minutes in the center of your oven. They are done when they are completely crispy.
Enjoy once they cool down!
