This flour blend has the perfect flavor and texture for most of your cookie needs. It does not make the cookies to dry or too soft. It gives them a nice chew without being too mushy. All around, this is just a great blend of gluten-free flours for cookies.
Whisk all ingredients together for a few minutes to ensure everything is combined well. Optional: You can place all ingredients in your stand mixer to let it mix everything for you.
Store in an airtight container to be used for baking.
