  • Whisk all ingredients together for a few minutes to ensure everything is mixed in. Optional: You can place all ingredients in your stand mixer to let it mix everything for you.
  • Store in an airtight container to be used for future baking.

Notes

If you are following a recipe that calls for the addition of xanthan gum, DO NOT add it. You already have enough xanthan gum when using this blend as your gluten free flour source.
